Neivoc is built for local service businesses that rely on inquiries, calls, appointments, bookings, and local trust. This includes clinics, home service businesses, gyms, law firms, med spas, salons, real estate agents, and other appointment-based local businesses.

You start with a $500 project start payment. Once your setup is ready and approved, the remaining $499 setup balance is due before launch — completing your one-time setup fee of $999. After your website goes live, the full Neivoc platform is $299/month.

The $299/month subscription includes hosting, maintenance, dashboard access, lead pipeline, online booking, automatic follow-ups, two-way conversations, Google review requests, website chatbot, AI blog posts, forms, unlimited logins, support, and ongoing platform improvements.

Neivoc is not a self-serve website builder. Every setup is done for you, so we first review your business, confirm your needs, and make sure Neivoc is a good fit. After that, we send an invoice and begin the setup once the project start payment is received.

Most Neivoc setups are ready for review in about 7 days. The exact timing may depend on how quickly we receive your business details, content, logo, service information, and any other materials needed for your website.

Not necessarily. You can provide existing content if you have it, but we can also help structure your website content based on your business, services, and goals.

Yes. Your website is built on WordPress. The Neivoc platform connects your website with the dashboard, lead pipeline, booking, automations, chatbot, review requests, and AI blog features.

Yes, you can keep the WordPress website we build for you. However, the full Neivoc experience depends on the monthly subscription because that powers the hosting, dashboard, automations, booking, chatbot, AI blog posts, review requests, maintenance, and support. If you decide not to continue monthly, the WordPress website can be moved to your own separate hosting, but the Neivoc dashboard and premium services will no longer be included.

Yes. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, the Neivoc platform services will stop — including hosting, dashboard access, automations, booking, chatbot, AI blog posts, review requests, maintenance, and support. You may move your WordPress website to your own separate hosting.

You can still keep the WordPress website we built, but it will need to be hosted separately. The Neivoc dashboard and premium services are only included with the monthly subscription. This means you would no longer have access to Neivoc hosting, maintenance, lead pipeline, booking, automations, chatbot, AI blog posts, review requests, support, and platform updates.

Yes. You can use your existing domain, or we can guide you through connecting a new one.

No. Neivoc does not manage paid ads. Our focus is your website, lead capture, booking, follow-up, review requests, AI content, and the systems that help you manage and convert the leads you already receive.

No service can honestly guarantee a specific number of new customers. What Neivoc does is give your business a stronger system for capturing inquiries, booking appointments, following up faster, requesting reviews, and improving your online presence over time.

No. Neivoc is month-to-month. You stay because the system is useful, not because you're locked in.
