3. Setup Fee and Refund Policy

3.1 Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee (“Setup Fee”) is due and payable at the time of subscription enrollment. The Setup Fee covers the cost of website design, development, platform configuration, content migration, and initial launch services performed by Neivoc.

3.2 Non-Refundability of Setup Fee

The Setup Fee is non-refundable once Neivoc has commenced work on the client's website or platform, which typically begins within 24 hours of payment. The sole exception is outlined in Section 3.5 (Failure to Deliver).

3.3 Monthly Subscription

The monthly subscription fee is charged at the beginning of each billing period. Cancellation of the subscription stops future billing but does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period.

3.4 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Neivoc offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the first monthly subscription payment only. If the client is not satisfied with the platform within 30 days of their website going live, they may request a full refund of their first monthly subscription payment by emailing support@neivoc.com. This guarantee does not apply to the Setup Fee or any subsequent monthly payments.

3.5 Failure to Deliver

If Neivoc fails to deliver a completed website and platform within 14 business days of receiving all required client materials (logo, content, branding assets), and this failure is solely attributable to Neivoc, the client is entitled to a full refund of the Setup Fee and any monthly fees paid.

3.6 Website Ownership and Hosting

The client's website is hosted on Neivoc's server infrastructure as part of the subscription service. Upon cancellation of the subscription, the client's website will be taken offline within 7 calendar days. Clients may request a website file transfer for a one-time transfer fee of $199, which includes all website files, database export, and media assets.

3.7 Revision Policy

The Setup Fee includes two (2) rounds of revisions to the delivered website. Additional revision requests after the second round or after the site has gone live will be billed at $75 per hour, invoiced separately.
