Neivoc (“we”, “us”) provides a website, lead pipeline, booking, and automation platform for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, business name, email, phone), the leads and content you manage in the platform, and standard technical data (log and usage information). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

How we use it

To build and operate your website and platform, process billing, provide support, and send service-related and transactional email (delivered via Resend). We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted processors including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Cloudways (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@neivoc.com.
